Tamara serves as a Medical Project Consultant based in Erbil, overseeing health projects across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

A health sector specialist with over 20 years of experience, Tamara specializes in health project management, hospital upgrades, and laboratory standardization to international standards. She works extensively with the private sector, government departments, and international organizations.

Tamara has participated in numerous NGO projects in Iraq and abroad, supporting access to basic needs and health services for vulnerable communities. Her experience coordinating multi-stakeholder health projects across Iraq equips SEED to deliver services where communities face the greatest barriers to access.

Omar serves as a Producer at the CBS News London Bureau, reporting from complex geopolitical regions for over ten years.

A journalist with over two decades of experience, Omar specializes in conflict reporting, political developments, and humanitarian crises. He has contributed to both local and international news outlets.

Before joining CBS News, Omar held key positions at ABC News in Iraq, contributing to both local and international outlets. Earlier in his career he supported national emergency planning through the Emergency Preparedness Requirements Committee. His ability to translate complex humanitarian situations into accessible stories strengthens SEED's capacity to advocate for displaced and at-risk populations.

Ava serves as Founder and Chair of the Global Entrepreneurship Network–Iraq, leading digital and governance initiatives.

A leader with over two decades of experience across government, corporate, and non-profit sectors, Ava specializes in institutional reform, public policy, and strategic communications, with a particular focus on Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

Before founding GEN–Iraq, Ava served as Commissioner–Deputy Minister at Iraq’s Communication and Media Commission — the first woman in that role — and previously as Assistant Chief of Staff to the Iraqi Presidency. Her track record driving institutional reform supports SEED’s work navigating complex government and donor landscapes effectively.

Carole serves as Director of Fingerprints Children Center in Erbil, overseeing a daycare program for toddlers and preschoolers aged one to four.

A certified Speech Therapist with over 16 years of experience, Carole specializes in speech, language, and communication disorders. She has dedicated her career to supporting children and adults with diverse communication challenges.

Before founding Fingerprints Children Center, Carole built her clinical practice supporting children and families across Erbil. Her sixteen years working hands-on with children facing developmental challenges ensures SEED's programs for vulnerable families remain grounded in clinical evidence.

Eileen serves as CEO of Falls River Center, an organizational development consulting and training organization designing and delivering leadership development and organizational change programs for over 20 years.

With a B.S. and M.P.A. from the University of Nebraska and certifications in Myers Briggs, Conflict Dynamic Profile, and Emotional Intelligence, Eileen specializes in leadership development, coaching, and team building across private and public sectors. She has coached at all levels of management, from Regional Country Directors in Africa to chief executives across federal agencies.

Before founding Falls River Center, Eileen held key management positions at General Electric as Manager of Human Resources and European Liaison, where she initiated self-directed work teams and designed process improvement programs. Her extensive experience in organizational health is critical to help SEED strengthen leadership capacity among staff and foster psychologically safe working environments for all.
