Supply and Delivery of Office Furniture and Equipment — Erbil Office
Ref: SEED/PROC/2026/014SEED Foundation invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit sealed bids for the supply, delivery, and installation of office furniture and equipment for its main office in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq.
Scope of work:
- Supply and delivery of desks, ergonomic chairs, and storage units.
- Supply of meeting room tables and conference equipment.
- On-site assembly, installation, and removal of all packaging materials.
Eligibility: Bidders must be legally registered in the Kurdistan Region or Iraq, hold a valid business license, and demonstrate at least two years of relevant experience supplying comparable goods.
Submission: Complete bid documents (technical and financial offers) must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the SEED procurement office, or by email to procurement@seedkurdistan.org, before the deadline stated above. Late submissions will not be considered.
SEED reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and to cancel the procurement process at any stage without incurring any liability.
